I use this too. I started using it when I was on WW. I really like it with a little jelly on toast or an English Muffin. Think that's what I'll have for breakfast. The company is here in GA.

We use to have a peanut butter maker but it wore out. I never thought about using my food processor. Why do you keep the peanuts in the freezer? Is it so they won't get rancid? DH wants to know if you parch the peanuts first?

Rancidification? Too big a word for a Friday.

"rancidification typically sets in about nine to 12 months after purchase, hence the “Best If Used By” that appears on the container." Oh oh! Anyone have a stomach pump handy?

Recalculate.... lunch = bagel with rancid PB plus an orange. Will the healthy orange win over the rancid PB? (Forget about the bagel.)

I'm not online during the weekend, so don't worry if I'm silent. I hope. :) :-D :D

2008??? It didn't have legs or move around on your desk? Picturing the Jif peanut butter man (like the Stay-puff guy from Ghostbusters) terrorizing your office...lol
