I got the # of utilities Comm from Qwest to report Com Cast for not fixing my phones since Friday. they sd digital and no control over them! jeesh.
I'm now on phone to Qwest to get 16th turn over to them date moved up if possible. stay with a normal phone company !!

All I can say is that figures!!!

Does the FCC take care of these things? Do you or someone in your home have disabilities???? I'm asking because when my phone went out when my DH was on his deathbed, I called them and said they could NOT not have phone service for me. They came out immediately and fixed it. That was before cell phones though. If you have a cell phone, tell them you don't have it. They never asked me to prove we had disabilities.
