I totally agree. My goodness that is such a lot of snow, more than I have seen in a lifetime but I am really not sure that I would like to be housebound for too long.

I can't even imagine that anyone would drive in such bad snow conditions even with the road cleared. I hate driving even when it is raining :)

Oh by the way, we are enjoying a beautiful sunny day today, a gentle breeze and I am not sure whether to sew or sit out on my sunny patio and read a quilting magazine for a while :)

In Maine too - lots of snow this year. We keep our deck shoveled - afraid of the weight of the snow. Only 17 degrees right now. I stay in and sew.

Yes, it's really winter up here in New England. And in quite a few other places, too.
