Let's just say that I was stunned when I went into the house for the first time. I don't have any before pics, but here are the afters. The heat was so bad, it melted the light fixtures on the ceiling in my son's room which is down the hall. My house went up like a tinderbox.
We haven't heard anything more from insurance. As if we don't have enogh bad ju-ju going on...Arron's uncle passed away Wednesday due to a heart attack. They had been close. He is very stressed right now. Hopefully the bad ju-ju is over. Don't those happen in 3's? We've had 3 bad things happen in the last two weeks...should be over for awhile...I hope!

I am so sorry to hear about your fire. Please follow up with the Insurance Company as I was an agent for 25 years.

See if your policy has the coverage so you can live elsewhere. Are they going to consider it a total loss?

Oh my goodness, that's just dreadful. My heart goes out to you and your family. You've suffered a terrible loss, but thank God the three of you are all right. That's all that matters. I just can't imagine how you are feeling now, but I want you to know you are in my prayers. Condolences on the loss of Aaron's uncle.

Cathy, have they determined what caused the fire? I feel so bad for you, but am so thankful that none of you were burned. Yes, bad things do seem to happen in 3's. Hopefully, for you the worst is now behind you for awhile.
This is a terrible time for you and your family. I guess if we didn't have bad times, we wouldn't appreciate the good. Still, sometimes it seems that our burdens are very heavy. You all will be in my prayers.

That is horrible. I had no idea this happened to you. I'm sorry to hear about Arron's uncle, but since you didn't say anything about anyone being injured in the fire, I hope that means you're all safe.

I do hope that things will get better from here on out, in ways you can't even think of - that they'll be better beyond your expectations!
