....after quilting of course.....gardens and cats!
I took some nice pics of my Mom and Dad's garden as it was such a glorious day on Sunday. Me and my brother managed to wheel Mom up the garden...first time in a year and a half that it has been warm enough (she REALLY feels the cold) and also the ground hard enough for the wheelchair not to 'sink'. She loved inspecting all the blooming flowers, plants and vegetables. There is a shot of my veg patch too, onions, beetroot and carrots, and one of my Dad's runner bean poles, ready for action. My Dad does such a great job, it is all a bit haphazard, but he cares for Mom full time so I think he does just fine for such a big garden. OoooOOOoooH! Tell Dad I think he's done a wonderful job on the garden! Those poppies (the orange ones, right, those are poppies?) are just gorgeous - almost as gorgeous as Mom! :D

Great pics Mary! I love your Dad's bottle cloches over his runners - I do that too! And the pic of Satchmo roaring like a lion - wonderful!
