My friend had her baby early. He was born at 24 weeks and 5 days. He was doing good his first couple of days. The last couple of days have not been so good. He has had blood transfusions, they have to keep changing his breathing machine. He is hooked up to all kinds of machines. The rest of the family is going back up to the hospital now, they were told that it didn't look good. Please pray for him and his family.

Prayers and hugs and positive thoughts! The neonatal units can do a lot for preemies like this now.

Have added prayers for Cameron. Please keep us informed. There is so much more that can be done for preemies now than when I was born! And I have friends my age who were preemies too.

One little girl's birth weight was just 1 pound 13 ounces and
she survived to become a wonderful little girl-----I might
add that she was developmently age appropriate (a little
problem with speech but very minor...)
