A group of middle aged southern ladies gathered for afternoon tea shortly after one of them returned fron her vacation in Las Vegas. Every one sat close and listened excitedly as she told them interesting stories about the trip. smiling broadly as she shared her new found worldly knowledge, she says, "did ya'll know, in Las Vegas, they have women there (pause) that kiss other women?" As the ladies gasp, she nods her head and says, "they call them LESBIANS!" All the ladies murmer "oh, my", several of them blushing in disbelief. Pushing even, she then says, "And did you know, that in Las Vegas, they have men there that kiss other men!" More gasps, and several "oh, my's" again heard around the table. Cautiously, one of them lean forward and asks, "What do they call them?". Proud of how much she is shocking them, she matter a factly says, " Why, they call them gays!" Now, some of the ladies are giggling, so of course, she says, "Why, in Las Vegas, they even have men who kiss ladies...(blushing, she points down to her most private area)....down there!" This causes a great stir among the other ladies, and one of them excitedly asks, " Well, what do they call them?". Leaning forward, and placing her hand aside her mouth as if telling a great secret, she loudly whispers, "Well, hon,i don't know....i just had to call him PRECIOUS"
