Awww. Yes, I have made that mistake before too.

Yes, it has. That is when Jack the ripper comes to visit.

At that point, I usually get out the graph paper and colored pencils to see if I “invented” a new design by accident, if not, “frog sewing” party for me. Rippit rippit. Lol.

If this is for your 6" block project, I say leave it and you've created a new block design! Such pretty fabrics and it still makes a pretty block!

zozee 03-03-2019 02:38 PM

Too many times. Absolutely.

maryb119 03-03-2019 02:55 PM

Oh yes or I have sewn a block backwards. Just take it apart and do it again.

Rhonda K 03-03-2019 03:27 PM

Ahem! I have a frog in my throat...

It does happen so no worries. You can fix it!

osewme 03-03-2019 03:30 PM

Yep! I've even sewn the wrong side to the right side before. I've especially done crazy things like that when I am tired & should have stopped sewing hours before the mishap. I tell people I can rip out faster than I can sew because I'm such an expert when it comes to ripping. :D
