Is there a sewing circle where people aren't afraid of politics? I'd like to see it.

Nitegama 08-15-2010 06:54 PM

I do not think it is fear of politics..it is distaste for vulgar misinformation used in some politics..and a sewing site is not the site to discuss and present evidence.

I just spotted one for offensive Obama t-shirts - www.betterthanpants.com is the web site given

Won't discuss politics here - there are plenty of yahoo groups where I can take my venting....

I guess I just never notice the ads.

Nitegama 08-15-2010 07:15 PM

i always check out the quilty ads..in fact the keepsake ad up now is one of my favs

Admin, here is another political ad. I hope that this is not going to become a part of our great board. It is one of the few places where I come for entertainment and not for manipulation. PS- I am not for or against this candidate, just don't want political ads on my quilting board. Tahnks for whatever you can do to banish them.

What was the ad text? Was it displayed here on that board?
