I got the PayPal debit card and really like it. I can use it for debit and get cash back at the same time...and there is no fee to do this as long as I have money available in my paypal account.

Why not just use your debit card from you bank? $$ comes right out of your checking account.Need to watch for hidden fees at the banks now if you don't already have a checking account.
