Sleeping in the "recovery" position is always a lot more comfortable.

Taking tylenol fairly regularly but the heating pads are a no go according to my OB. The milk and bath sound good and I'll try the recliner. Thanks everyone, and keep them coming I'll take all the help I can get :). Cheryl |
My daughter did yoga every night before bed with her first baby and found it very helpful. There are certain poses that specifically help with pregnancy. You could probably Google for instructions. The only drawback was that she thought he got too confortable in there and didn't want to come out until 10 days past his due date and weighed 9lbs 11 oz.:) He's a great 10 year old now!

My daughter ate a banana every day. Seemed to help.

I've also heard people say to get on your hands and knees and arch your back up and down, letting baby be pulled by gravity towards the floor to relieve the pinching of nerves, muscles, etc from babies position while you are upright. Worth a try and non chemical.
