Love all of them, saved to My Doc., ha ve no idea how to get them to my emails, which is where I'd love to use them.?????? Help

On my computer I right click on them and an option comes up as to where to send them,including my e mail. Sometimes i use photobucket. What I need to know is how to reduce them or change the format to avatar size. Most are too large for that.
