PVC with straps

Not sure if it was this site. I saw a contraption that held the quilt while you were FMQ. I wanted to show my husband but can't find it. I sure could use your help. Thanks

Patsy Thompson has a suspension system on her site if you can't find the one on QB.

Are you looking for Jenoops? I asked my husband to make several of them for members of our charity sewing group. Even if you do not use them for quilting, the idea is great for putting on binding. The arms of Patsy Thompson's system look like the systems used to control dogs while grooming them.

I've been looking at "dog grooming" leases that they use to keep the dog on the tables. They have to be cheaper than $100 bucks. well I hope so anyway.

I bought a 36 in clamp from box store like these, https://www.lowes.com/pd/IRWIN-QUICK...Clamp/50137694
They should have a hole at the top end. I had one older one and had to drill a hole, very easy. I Threaded bungee cord (removed the hooks), through the hole, tied a knot and added a small clamp to the other end. Very cheap and works great.

If you do a board search for PVC Embroidery, you will find a tutorial for frame built for embroidery/quilting in July, 2014

I have the Jenoops--it is a great system. There are plenty of pictures of setups on Pinterest.

I have Jenoops--Leah Day has a system that hangs from the ceiling. The Jenoops is free standing. Many people have made their own. Check on Pinterest.
