How come there is a number of views showing when I've barely submitted a topic? I know that no one has had a chance to read anything yet.

Funny - I just noticed that yesterday! From the minute I post and then go back to the forum area (GCC), I have 7 views!!! WOW!

I only get 3 when I first post a topic :(

I don't know, but there are a lot of people here. Just look up the list of users. I was shocked, and pleased there were so many of us that love quilting.

there have been times at which i've posted, gone right back in to edit a spelling error, and by the time i've finished fixing it, somebody has already posted a reply to the original version.

I wonder if the new threads catch the "eye" of the advertiser's immediately...and that counts as at least 3 views... I have noticed as soon as I hit send there are always atleast 3 views immediately....
