Is there anyone who would be able to make a dress pattern from a drawing? I'm not that advanced, I also cannot alter an existing pattern. It's not easy to find a pattern for Lolita Clothing either... Please an thank you!

I know I'm not supposed to, but no one is going to see this if it's not on the first two pages... I have a photo of what I'm looking for... Patterns from Simplicity or McCalls or anywhere else WILL NOT work...

The skirt is a bell shaped skirt... and underneath that would be a petticoat (that is not with hoops, I despise hoops).

The bow part is the back
