I am FB, but not alot. Found some nice quilt groups there too, so I like that part of it. Some people will post anything on FB, so I try to limit friends on there, & just skip anything I don't want to read, or don't care for. A few I even okayed friending, I didn't like their posts, so I just set it so I quit following theirs & now I don't see them unless I check their page. That seems to help, but like it otherwise....
