was the Because one a cigerette commercial that is my only guess lol seems there was one and she had a fancy cigerette holder, long gown and evening gloves.

no you are not. but a hysterectomy when quite young made this ad something I may not have paid much attention to and as you said.....you did not talk about it. LOL.....
