Sorry for being so long absent, but I had a really hard time. I left my fiancée and moved with my little daughter back to Austria. But now we are happy again, a new man in my life and I started sewing a few weeks and Im so happy now for beeing here again and sharing my passion with you.

So now looking at all those pics in the gallery from the last weeks.

Hugs Cornelia

An intercontinental breakup, with a child yet, can't have been easy for you; I'm sorry for what you had to go through. It's lovely to hear that you are in a better place now, and happy and sewing again. Where in Germany are you? I lived in Kaiserlautern and then in Frankfurt (Sachsenhausen) for many yeasrs in the 70s and loved it.

I wish the best for you.

We all have personal lives to deal with on the side. It can sure get in the way of quilting though!
If you and your daughter are happier, It sounds like you made the right decision..... :D

Sewing/Quilting has always been the one thing in my life that never let me down, Men came and went, quilting kept me going - consistant, something to always fall back on. I am teaching my daughter this also.

I will take you up on that, once I can persuade DH to take me there :-) I so want to visit the Spanish Riding School, plus I still remember the wonderful soups and pastries I had in Austria.
