I'm thinking of buying a Olfa Rotary Blade Sharpener and wanted to know if anyone has one and can recommend it. It's on sale with Connecting Threads and sure sounds like a "thrifty" way to replace my blades. Thanks for your response.

I don't have the Olfa, but I use my Colonial Twist 'n Sharp with good results.

Unless it just came out...OLfa does NOT make a rotary blade sharpener. Their website says they do not reccommend using one. Of course, because it cuts back on the amount of blades they sell. There are other companies who do make sharpeners for rotary blades.

I have used the USA orbital...didn't like it. Used the cheap one you can get at JoAnns...didn't like it. I do like the TrueCut by Grace Frame Company. If you go to their website www.graceframe.com you can view a video on it. Scroll down on the right.

You can pick one up at Amazon for around $30.00 including shipping. It's super easy to use & will sharpen any brand of rotary blade.
