Sad Movies

I am just curious if anyone one else likes a good sad movie that makes you cry. I just finish watching 11 episodes of
"Ichi Bitou No NamiIchi Bitou No Namida" (One Liter of tears) and found this to be the most powerful, emotional movie/series I have ever seen. My wife thinks I am nuts for watching these kind of movies, but I find them a wonderful way to escape and get my life back on track. So am I the only one or are there others out there that watch these and what movie did you find sad. My next movie to watch will be "10 promises to My Dog"

Occasionally I like a good cry but would rather have a great laugh.

Good cries are very cathartic. I always feel better after I watch "Beaches" and bawl my eyes out!!!

Oh goodness, I cry when I watch the Children's Movies with my grandbabies!!! Sometimes they look at me funny and asked me why I'm crying....

Tonight I just bawled watching the current NCIS!!!!

I cry when I hear "Taps". And like auntiepiggie, when I watch Beaches.

Polly is a good movie if you want a 'happy' crying session. I love that parrot! I kind of don't like the very sad movies, but do like the ones you cry at because your happy.

Hachi: A Dog's Tale http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1028532/ is a good, sad movie. Can probably catch it on Dish on the family movie channels.

Oh heck! I cry at the Folger's Christmas commercials and the Hallmark commercials!
