My husband and I went to a motorcycle show and I put my purse in the trunk of the car so I wouldn't have to carry it. And I thought, it would be awesome to have a little pouch for just my phone, ID and card, maybe a little cash too, that had a strap that went around my wrist.

And then it was born.

I had no idea how to make a wallet so through trial and error I came up with something that would hold my ID and card. My phone squeezes in there with it's case. It works lol.

What have you done?

Cute wristlet! I use my scraps in scrap quilts.

I made something similar for a passport/debit card/credit card, except I used ribbon so I could wear it around my neck under my shirt when we went to France. Your bag is cute.

I used my scraps in a crumb quilt. $" blocks. some of the blocks have as few as 5 pieces and some have 15 pieces.

I like to make wallets, coin purses. My recent one was a coin purse with a zipper that looks like a diamond.

Cup cozies for hot drinks comes to mind. I took my template off of a cardboard one from Starbucks. I use 2 pieces of fabric sandwiched with 1 layer of batting. I pinking sheer them all, sew around them and use Velcro to hold the 2 ends together. They are reversible and can fold flat for your purse or pocket!

Another item is yo-yos...for oh so many things!

You've perked my interests. Do you have pictures of it?

I love to make scrap quilts. Also, I make hexies in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", & 3/4" sizes. I enjoy making very small hexies, but I've also done the 1" size, which is less fun for me. I've put them in various projects, like needlecases, mug rugs, table toppers etc.

I love doing hexies, 3/4" for my cats GFG quilt and 1" ones also.
If I start doing the 1/4", someone please call the men in white coats on me.
I'll do a yo yo that size, but not a hexie, I wouldn't be able to see it.

The desk for my newly acquired Singer 201 is in the middle of being refinished. But I wanted so badly to use my 201!

So, I put it on the table and dug through some scraps. In about 30 minutes, I had a plastic bag holder/dispenser.

I like to use my scraps for pocketbooks I make. Eye glass cases, cell phone pocket in my pocketbooks.
Also bags to carry everything I haul around.
The inside fabric for pocketbooks and the pockets in them. I find it gives a nice pop of color.
Also book covers and baby or adult bibs. Apron pockets and trim.
I guess you can see if I have scraps I use them.
