Sometimes it's easier to find something by "googling" the topic instead of trying to use the Quilting Board search feature - especially if you know the user name of the poster.

Example: if you want to know what I thought about clotheslines:

google: bearisgray clotheslines

and something will come up.

In the QB search you can do advanced options and enter the user's name also you can search, a certain area, ie: photographs, tutorials, ect.:)

I get LOTS of QB posts when I google stuff. One day I googled something and the first "hit" was one of MY posts to QB.

this is so true. that is one reason that personal information should not be included in your posts.

yes, searching here requires the words in the title of the post i think. limits it a bit.

it will also find words in the body of the post
