Thanks for encouraging me to go to the quilt guild meeting. I had a good time and ended up joining. I even met Scisyb220 and Grammie Sharon from the board!

I'm happy your had a good time and met new quilting friends. I would love to find a local quilting group, but we live in a tiny community about 15 miles from the nearest town. So this board is my sewing/quilting group. Thanks for being there.

For the most part, Quilters are very friendly, outgoing people. Don't be scared. Just smile and see what it is all about. I bet you will love it.
