Sewing a Bow

My daughter wants me to make a t-shirt with a 1 on it, for my granddaughter's first birthday, with a band of ribbon below the 1, and a bow. Bows have never been my strong point. The bow is to have four loops. Any suggestions??

Thanks!

pinterest has several boards with tuts for bows one was you take 4 strips of ribbon and cut in strips the double the size of your bow-then place on the needle staggered-then pull up the ends on our needle and attach-you can do as many rows as you want depending on how thick you want your bow-hope this makes since you can put a button on the top or brad whatever you like-good luck
