There was an old quilter named Leon
Who liked sewing machines to be on
While sewing and tinkering
He did lots of thinkering.
Folks said his brain glowed like neon.

My bobbin needs thread
So I can sew on my quilt
I need a new quilt

Today it's raining
No gardening on my list
So sewing for me.

My machine is fixed
My fabric is all cut out
My quilt will be made
