She's cute!
She's got thumbs!
I love cats that are double pawed.
My Rusty Boy was double pawed front and back.

ah a big foot! I love poly cats. I had one we called Tank. Maine Coon mix about 20 lbs and huge huge boxing gloves. Seven toes in the front and six in back, when you flipped him onhis back he looked just like a rabbit with his big old feet! Here is a pic of him at 8 weeks.. note same feet. Adorable dilute kitty you have. I love all things kitty. Except my old man kitty right now who decided 3 am was plenty of sleep for me GET UP. So here I am. Enjoying your kitty!

Here is our Pancho they call this type of cat a Hemingway cat because the writer only had these kinds at his home in Key West which has about 60 of them still. Pancho can use his "thumb" to pick up stuff it's so funny to watch.

marsye 01-15-2010 05:25 AM

Better to slap that bird with  :|

sewjoyce 01-15-2010 07:07 AM

Awwww, all the kitties with "thumbs" are so cute!! I've never seen one before. Just think what they could get into if they learn to use that thumb!!

Mousie 01-15-2010 07:57 AM

Mousie 01-15-2010 08:00 AM

oh, all such purdy purdies!!!
I know she could do something with those thumbs.
My Bitsy beagle/chi uses her front paws to wrap around my hand to 'make' me rub her belly!

those cats were inbreeding like crazy. they started taking donations to have them
mmm....unbreedable. there were so many, they couldn't find them all. on the flip side, they feed them and look after them, vet them when they need it.

multi toes are a dominant trait in cats.

OrchidQuiltFish(OQF) 01-15-2010 09:40 AM

I'm always amazed by cats with thumbs. She sure is a beauty.

msginny 01-16-2010 05:08 PM

We call them mitten kittens

Jingle 02-05-2010 09:44 PM

The last one is the cutest, all are gorgeous cats. Between Son,2 daughters and myself we have had 24 cats over the years and none of them has had extra toes. I didn't know it was possible, no offspring from any of ours, most we feral and/or strays and all were/have been spayed/neutered.

ScubaK 02-06-2010 01:22 AM

Ok...
I think all of these cats look way too intelligent...first off...
Now, I have never seen anything like this...
Do they have double digits? (don't laugh) or what and how do they use their "thumb"
This is too cool...I love cats...
Please inform me
