I figured out why I have been gaining weight lately.

The shampoo I use in the shower that runs down my body says…“for more volume & extra body".

So now, I am going to switch to Dawn dish washing liquid.
It says..."dissolves fat that is otherwise difficult to remove".

So glad I figured this all out.
