Shower Curtains
2 Attachment(s)
Hey, I wanted to share pics of the ONLY two shower curtains I've made...for EVER! While sewing the 2nd one, I realized that I have only made the same pattern twice on one other occasion, and I HATE it! I like to do one thing and move on to something new. However, once my stepmother saw mine, she said "could you make one for me" and her birthday was like 3 months away, so this was the perfect non-stress gift.
They are made of cotton (of course), with raw edge applique. The pattern is so easy, I found it quite boring but since I love fussycutting, that part was kind of fun, although it works on the front heart only. Thank you all for sharing your beautiful and inspiring photos of your work, I hope you enjoy mine. Gina |

Those are adorable I really like your color combinations but the pink and black is my favorite.

Both are really cute!

love them. Did you put a lining on the back of the curtains?

Super cute. Love the hangers. Where did you get them please. BrendaK

I think the shower curtain hangers probably came from Bed Bath & Beyond, but I've had them for several years. I used a queen sized fitted bedsheet for the backing and just SID for the quilting.
By the way, this posting originally began in the quilt photo category - am I wrong in wanting it to STAY THERE??? |
be sure to use a plastic shower curtain liner too for the water.
