Signed papers for our new house!!!!!
 

Finally!!!! After over 2 years of looking at dumps, a number of false starts, being over bid on and pulled offers.
We have finally signed papers on our new house!!!! Goodbye apartment living. Goodbye heavy footed broad that lives upstairs. Goodbye neighbors sharing common walls that have to have parties when we are trying to sleep. Goodbye fighting for a decent parking spot. Goodbye keeping my quilting supplies in the garage!! Are ya seeing the trend here?
Hello second bathroom that I won't have to fight for. HELLO SEWING ROOM!!!! Hello being able to put on the walls what I want. Hello being able to have friends and family stay overnight without them having to sleep on the floor!! Hello having more than 3 windows to look out of.
We get our keys on Monday and hope to be moved in by November 30th.
Thank you so much to all of my quilting friends for keeping my spirits up during our hunt for the perfect house. I will have you all over as soon as I'm able.

I am so happy for you - this is a great time to buy - my hubby and I bought and sold real estate and were lucky to not get caught up in all the craziness that is going on now. Congrats on your purchase.
