I love this!
Singing Anesthesiologists - This one is just too funny! Listen carefully to the words!
These singers are all Anesthesiologists in Minnesota and they
Can really sing.
They are also funny. Here they sing "Waking up is hard to do"

awwwww yes, The Laryngospasms....Actually they are Anesthetists "CRNA"....( RN's with speciallized training.) As retired nurse. I have their entire collection! When son went to Anesthetist School..... during his pinning ceremony, I had a small CDC player and as he walked across the stage , I turned it one with this song, of The Laryngospasms.

Some time ago I ran into this and sent it to my son, who is a Respiratory Therapist and he took his laptop to work. On break he said some of the RNs and Docs spewed their coffee they were laughing so hard!!!

But they do talk while you're under. I heard my doctor and nurses talking while he was pinning together my smashed ankle. At a checkup I told him that and he said lots of folks imagined it. I told him what he said about his daughter's new husband and how he thought he'd have to support all the lazy.........and he nearly choked. Said he would be VERY careful after that what he talked about in the OR.
There was no singing there when I was in the OR!!!!!

Thank you for telling everyone that these guys are CRNA's! I am one also (since 1982.) I love my job!

The Laryngospasms are funny guys! They've been around for a long time ( they formed the group when they were student nurse anesthetists themselves), but with YouTube videos are gaining popularity.
I love it!

..and some of you would be surprised at the types of music your surgeon may prefer! ;-}
