Beautiful Terri! Thanks for the tour. BUT like you, I would miss the seasons - that's why I won't go any further south here in France - too hot! I like a bit of winter, wood fires and all that! Spring is welcome and autumn (sorry, fall! lol) is beautiful. I would NOT like to live somewhere with permanent summer. You must get some rain there though - it's so green. Tropical storms I guess?

And I know what you mean about islands - nowhere to go but round and round! Great for a holiday but not to live!

Ah Terri, thanks for that short vacation, its truly beautiful, very lush and green. it looks quite a big island, but like you say when you are on an island it really isnīt long before you know where every thing is.

London Bridge, okay if thats its name :D London bridge is across a river and a tad bigger I think.

I did a search for the name of it and yes, they call it London Bridge. One of the mayors of the village had it built back in the 80s.

I'm going to try to talk Courtney into going to the beach down the street tomorrow. Maybe we can get some good fish pictures or something.

Oh, thank you for the great mini vacation! It is so nice to see the blue waters! Love the London Bridge! If they can put the London Bridge out in the desert, you can have one in Guam!

ewwww, pretttttty! your water looks so nice and inviting. Do you go to the beach much? know you burn easily.
thought I saw a tomona in one of the jungle pics, lol* or was that hubby? j/k...hmmm, wonder why they call it London Bridge. You think it might look like one in London?

What a totally cool place to live. Are you getting transferred out soon? I know the military is like Methodist preachers never anywhere long. Do wild orchids grow everywhere & anthuriums. I love both. Guess you do get tired of the humidity. You should live in Texas, it will kill you sometimes. Going to San Antonio tomorrow for a few days & it is really hot there. Gulf Coast at least has a constant breeze. Here in East Texas it can be dead still for days & then wind blow like crazy. Hurricane season is here so we don't know what to expect. Enjoy your time left as you may never get there again.

I also enjoyed your pictures.

Wow! Very beautiful! Michigan has the Great Lakes, but they're not tropical!

I have a friend who was on an island while in the Peace Corps. He loved his experience, but said sometimes it was a good thing he was on an island!

Hey Terri, thanks for the quick trip! It sure looks refreshing today..I'd love to try the kayak and probably take a dip. Those islands are really close to Guam...hmmm...whoda' thunk it? I guess you could say that I REALLY need to look at a map

Love the pics, so thank you...I'd love to see some fish pics...tell Courtney to get movin'!
