I was shopping in Kohl's Department store for new towels. Over the store speakers, they were announcing sales in different departments. I was half listening, but when they said blenders were half off, I snapped to attention. My first thought was "when did Kohl's start selling fabrics????", which I am sure I would have said out loud if someone had been shopping with me. Of course they don't sell fabric- they were talking about the blenders in the kitchen dept. I need to stay out of so many quilt shops so I don't embarrass myself when I am shopping in a dept. store...
Actually, I was quite disappointed when I found out the blenders were kitchen appliances.

I can honestly say I would have had that same thought, and I use more blenders in the sewing room than in the kitchen.
