Software help
 

I have been using Embird for years to convert, download, etc design files and have loved it. I now have a new computer with windows 10 HD and Embird will not work. I have gotten help and tried everything, but it just will not work. Any suggestions of other software (preferable cheap or free) that might work with windows 10 HD?

I have PE Design 10 on my "Windows 10"..not sure abt the HD. But have you contacted the Embird people? I've heard they are very helpful and you are SURELY not the only Embird user with that computer. I'm fairly confident they can fix your problem.
OH, to add...I believe there is a question/answer forum at Secrets of Embroidery.com ...at least there once was. Seems there was a lady who answered ??'s about Embird.

I have contacted the Embird people through Secrets of Embroidery.com. They are the ones who finally told me that Embird was not compatible with the new high graphics. I have emailed them to see if I upgraded to Embird 18 (I have Embird 17) if that would be compatible, but have had no reply from them. Thanks for your help.

Thank you so much for this info. I have downloaded the trial version of SewWhatPro and so far it seems to working fine. Thanks to your help.

I have Windows 10 (what is HD) and Embird 18. It works perfectly and l love it.
