Thanks to the mods who work hard to keep the board safe for us. What is wrong with people? Is that all they have to do is stuff like that? They should get busy and make a quilt or something and be productive instead of stupid.

I got home last nite from my job training and in my regular email was an email supposedly from a relative saying she was stuck in Cyprus and in need of financial help to the tune of $3000.00 and would I please help her out by sending this money to her and when she got home she would reimburse me and please don't tell anyone about this. HOHOHO what do you think I did? I emailed my relative that this was sent to me and that she should alert everyone that she has contact with that this is not true and to report it. so I hope she takes care of it and that nobody falls for it.
Just wanted everyone to know that this could happen to them also and their families, without anyone being the wiser if they kept it secret!!! |

the crazy thing is, if you read her post, the phrasing of her writing doesn't sound like english is her first language, and she is claiming to be British? RED FLAG!
