Yesterday we had errands in the city & not only had temps in the 60's, but today will be around 70* !!!!!!!!!!

Saw ppl with no jackets, car windows down & ppl on skates.Even noticed a couple kids with ice cream cones.I'm sure the golf courses were full.We have a near by pond & the annual visit from the geese "scouts" happened. Two of them come every spring, then in a couple more wks,the rest return.

All the snow is melted & there are patches of green grass here & there.

My fav was on the way home when I saw a woman swinging away on her yard swing.Even with things looking dull, the sun was shining & she was so enjoying that swing.

Have you seen signs of Spring springing?

Oh yes, all the birds chirping, and that "smell" of Spring...heavenly!!

Wow you must be way south of me! Yesterday we got up to 54 and I was one of the people out running errands without my coat

I was out in the yard yesterday and I actually had a honey bee flying around me, and I saw a couple of ants on the sidewalk.

Just think,Feb is almost over and it's about time to go out and look for little green ears to be popping up.

I have flower pots in my garage for the winter & the geraniums & bulbs are sprouting as we got to the 50's this week. We still have mountains of snow melting very slowly.

It is going to be really nice, close to 65 here today and tomorrow. I love it! But, next week, back to the 30's.

It's nice enough here to have a window open when driving. DGDs dog had his head hanging out the window, ears flapping and tongue hanging out. He is less than a year old so this was his first time hanging out the window. What a happy dog.

Going to be 70 here today. Crocus are poking up and clematis is budding. It's going to be warm enough for long enough to see a lot more spring up too :-)
