I grew up in Chicago and there were many snow days back then but we were kids and we loved it. But now I'm grown and you couldn't pay me to live anywhere near snow. I'm at the beach now in NC and I've only seen snow twice in the last 17 years.

We may not get snow here but we do get huricanes alot. And they are no picnic either.
