You know, my DH and I have only been married for 8 years, but we were high school sweethearts, so I think that is why this touched me so much.

Now 50+ years later

We are now in the 4th picture. It would be fine with me if we just skip the 5th picture and go right to the 6th.

Thank you for sharing. My first thought was it would be beautiful out of fabric. Hope someone makes it one day and we can see a picture.

Although it is a long story, I will try to briefly tell you. I was 3 months older than Scott so I graduated in 1960 and Scott would have graduated in 1961. (He quit 3 months before graduation). I went into the working world and met a man and thought a school boy was to immature for me. I married and then he married a year later. We both had 2 boys and a girl. After being apart for 45 years, he hired a company to find me and we were both single. He lived in N. Carolina and I in Alabama. Our school was in Florida. He moved to Alabama and our life has been fabulous ever since. He is a retired Nuclear Engineer and I am still working for Wal Mart after being in restaurant business most of my life. GOD blessed us when he found me. Thanks for asking.

Those pictures are so true to life. My DH of 44 years passed away of Feb. 7, 2013. He had been suffering so long with pancreatic cancer. I miss him so much that words cannot describe the loss. I know his pain is gone now and one day I will join him.

Circle of Life.

Events can change in a day that can cheat of us of all the stages of life. Be in the present, be thankful for the day and pray, hope for the opportunity to have those tomorrows.
