How about Hamilton Beach? Anyone have one? Do you know of a extra good price for Kitchenaid somewhere? |
I think that it is obvious that there are no other mixers that perform like a Kitchenaid but is less expensive. You get what you pay for. Not sure what your budget is but I have to assume that Kitchenaid is out of reach for you. If family members ask what you want for Christmas..TELL THEM. Maybe they will all contribute to your purchase.

They have put out a smaller Kitchenaid mixer now. It is just a little bit smaller than the regular size and priced at a cheaper price. You might want to look for that one.

I don't know what happened to my thread, but I was saying that they have just put out a smaller kitchenaid and it does everything that the bigger/regular one does. It has gotten good comments. I have one that was my mother's about 40 years ago and it is still going strong. It is definitely worth the money and you won't regret buying one.

Probably a good time to pick up one. Target has $250 off the 5 quart professional Kitchenaid mixer. http://www.target.com/p/kitchenaid-p...r/-/A-15840495

I just saw an ad on tv last night for a smaller version KitchenAid --more compact but it used all the same attachments, etc. I don't use a mixer much, but it sure was tempting! Also came in lots of colors, too.

I had a real nice Hamilton beach yrs ago with stainless bowls and the mixer was also stainless. It was a good one. I traded it with my friend for her kitchen aid. She sold my vintage for 80 dollars on e-bay.
