Star Christmas Ornitments Made from 2.5" squares
2 Attachment(s)
Wanted to share these with y'all. I think this would be a great Christmas gift for quilters. These stars are made from 2.5" squares, folded in half to form the points. Then thread them together to form the star and thread a button on and there you have it... This is such a quick and easy handmade gift. Not to mention cute as a button....lol...no pun intended... If any of y'all make some of these, please show them...would love to see them....

Using heat-n-bond, you could make 2 sided fabric and use a "sparkly" fabric for one side.

You could also use pinking shears (or the pinking rotary blade) to cut the fabric squares. I am going to try these tomorrow!
