I had a black cat that lost all of his hair except his face. Turned out he had a thyroid problem. After being treated his hair growed back.

It's definitely an extraterrestrial. I understand that this type of cat gets skin cancer if allowed to go out when the sun is high. Poor thing. Looks like it's in a vet's office. Maybe it's kinda sick. 8-) |
