I am scanning in a document and it does not matter if I save it as a Word doc. or a PDF file...when I go to print it from that file, the preview looks great, but it prints with my document starting about 1.5" down the page..cutting off the last section of the document...

I have 2 techie sons in this house and neither of them can figure this out...

can anyone out there HELP me...this tired old blonde lady is about to pitch a printer out the door...and I am not so sure it is the printer that is at fault....

When I click on Print & get the printer page, I click on "preferences" and than "Features"; then I have the option to either "print in actual size" or "scale to paper size"

Also, under the "Advanced" heading there is an option to "minimize margins" & my is set for "on".

found out the box marked "auto center" was checked and apparently it does not get that auto center does NOT mean shove to the bottom of the page...

Thanks...
