Happy Thanksgiving May!

Hubby and I are spending the holiday at home. It's quiet, I can cook the holiday meal in my jammies...lol
And best of all I can sew all day!!

We went out to today and shopped for Thanksgiving and stuff to prepare leftovers. And our bill totaled over 150 dollars so we ended up with a free turkey!! from Safeway.

Although my Dad will not be at the table as he passed 2 weeks ago, his presence will surely be felt. I am thankful for many loving memories of family near and far and a new grandbaby on the way.

My oldest son who is single has decided for the second year now to do Thanksgiving dinner It will be all a surprise I am just to bring the sweet potatoes

Just found out we have something to be very thankful this year besides Sandy not doing too much damage to our town, DDIL's tumor is gone after chemo treatments. Thank you God. May in Jersey
