Basically, list all the identifying info you have on the person, then use Google, pipl.com and the social networking websites to find out more.

Actually, I was just thinking about quiltingboard members - we all use nicknames.

Contact some of that persons friends and see if they can help you out :wink:

What about looking at their postings to see if they are participating in a swap? Then pm the swap coordinator for the address? Coordinator should know if person would be okay with that.
