oh you got me laughing good. sometimes our brains just don't work like they used to.
i tried and tried to turn on my porch light. figured it was burned out. it was night, so i got a flashlight and changed the blub. went inside and found i just wasn't flipping the right switch. the blub i took out was good so the next day i used it in the post lamp by the driveway. my hubby couldn't remember how to get the top off that one so i had to figure that out. Some days two "old" minds aren't enough!

LOL, you sound like me. I moved into my home 5 1/2 years ago and the carport light is still burned out. I have never been able to figure out how to take the cover off to replace the bulb!
