Third doll for the detectives that answer family calls
 

The doll I showed before for the detectives that answer family service calls and they like to give things to the kids. This is third one I have made for them to hold.

i'm looking for a doll pattern to make some too. I want something cute and not to intricate. I may have to draft up my own pattern. do all police stations use them?

I would call and inquire before you start. Just in case. It may be in your area, it's the fire dept.

Nice work for the helpless...

For her Silver Award in Scouts, my daughter made smallish quillows to give the PD and FD for giving to kids in trauma situations. She put each one in a very large ziploc bag so they could carry them in the trunk and grab whenever needed. It was a wonderful project but, also sad, because she made 75 and they ran out much too quickly.

What a great idea to put them in zip lock bags . Think I will steal that idea for mine. Thanks.
