My location is UK. Could someone explain what a link means when it tell me tokens have expired?
i don't use or know what tokens are or how I get them.

I wonder if tokens are the same as cookies??? Cookies are used by some internet sites to make it quicker for your computer to reach a specific site. Also used for other tracking things as well.

Haven't seen that term here in U.S., but guessing it means the site was not accessed (maybe busy or off line) and has timed out. ??? In which case you have to do another ''search''.

I perhaps should add I only get this message when trying to download some, not all, of the places suggested in green on this site only.
i click to see a quilt, pattern or info and on some downloads get this message about tokens expired.

tokens normally refer to site/network passwords and security.
if you signed in, but let it sit, tokens can expire.
if you try to access something that requires sign-in, but never did sign in, you can get token errors.

the error you describe is one reason we are not supposed to refer each other to sites that require sign-up and sign-in to access whatever we are trying to share.
