Only Tree damage thank God.

This has been a destructive year so far. I hope these storms stop before long.

Just got out of the basement ourselves.

Looks Like round two could be headed our way, It's getting very dark again.

I have never seen weather like this in my 56 years. Joplin had tornado warnings last night again. One of the guys that works at the food bank I volunteer at made a trip to Joplin. He has been in Iraq and said he had never seen anything like that. The place he was going, he couldn't find for a while because there were no landmarks to follow.

We've been under tornado watch for the last few days. On then off then on again then off .. Luckily no damages just lots of noise and wind.. When will better days come?!?!!!?

One touched down in Memphis a few minutes ago! Haven't heard if lots of damage. Oh, goodness!!

We've had the sirens going off since about three this afternoon. I think they blasted us at least five times. One touched down very near my home and damaged the Wal Mart, Sams, a local farm/orchard and a trailer park. My friend who is a Dr. called from the hospital to check on my safety because there apparently are fatalities. Bugsy, Miss Kitty and I are sleeping in the 'dungeon' tonight and praying for those who have suffered from this storm.

Sirens have stopped after three rounds of storms tonight.
Thankfully only tree damage.
A house up the street not so lucky, A huge tree fell through the house.
