"You can, but intil the message is recalled at your deepest levels, you don't" Really?
|
"I knew the conversation couldn't go on much longer." From The Double Cross by Claire O'Donohue a Someday Quilts Mystery.
Are we not even going to talk about it?? Don't know. |
Mine said "Her mother had been buried with one just like it." This is really funny or maybe morbid.:D
|
Mine = Night Sins by Tami Hoag pg 45 first sentence reads " Did you call Paul to check?"
|
Here's mine. "You know you can." No kidding that's what it says.
|
Mine is...she stepped out of the stairwell on her floor and noticed light on in her apt. She was sure she had turned it off when she left. She sees a shape in the light and turns around to re-enter the stairwell, when something cold pressed against her neck and a hard voice says "Don't Move"!!
Doesn't sound good, does it? Glad I don't live in an apt. I'm reading "The Doomsday Key" by James Rollins. On second thought, the title isn't too good either! LOL |
Mine said, "A sheen of cold sweat was on the back of my neck."
|
LOL, I love reading these!
I think you have to take that first sentence on page 45 completely out of context of the story and ask how it predicts Your Sex Life for 2012. Hope people don't mind my putting down my thoughts about some of these.

Mine said, what you need is an old sheet. I nodded. I could picture.....
Don't know what that would mean.

My sentence talked about Rod Stewert. I think we both are too old to bother. Besides, he does nothing for me, looks or voice wise. And he would probably think the same thing about me, lol.

Pg 45 of my book - Priests were not allowed to marry, but this priest had a housekeeper, and the housekeeper had a daughter and it was an open secret in the village that the priest was the father of the girl. From Ken Follett's "The Pillars of the Earth"
Don't know how this will affect my sex life as I am not Catholic and way to arthritic to be the housekeeper!!!!! |

The one near me is my dictionary. I don't think that was what they had in mind but the top of page 45 is: Asterisk- a star-shaped symbol used to call attention to something or as a reference mark. Hmmmmm, that could be good or bad.:D

"They're vicious creeps, but they're not crazy. They seem... professional."
From "The Husband," by Dean Koontz. Oh, mercy... |
