If not wind chimes on my front porch, then John Denver or the show tunes channel on tv.

I am the type of person that needs a variety. I have a hard drive in my car stereo system and it has country, classic, Rock, and so many others. I even still have my Milli Vinilli Cd and it's in there too. I remember when they offered to buy back my cd when they found out about the scam but I loved the music and didn't care who sung it. I'm like that with alot of things. Every one thinks that I love all Coach purses but I don't; just some of them and I've been known to buy look alikes if I like them because it's not the name that I like, it's the bag. Same as with my music. My favorites right now are Sugarland; Lady Antebellam and Enya, just to name a few.

I llike a lot of different music...mostly oldies...but, Il Divo is high on my list....I do my best free motion stippling to Bee Gees and Elvis with a bit of Abba thrown in...Like the older country music, too.

My favorite is classical and waltzes. But there's also John Denver, James Taylor, Anne Murray, etc. Nothing modern. I got left behind in the 70's and 80's. Of course, there's always Peter, Paul and Mary.

Ever listen to Sam Beam aka Iron and Wine? He did one of the songs on Twiliglht. He's a family friend - a great guy and VERY talented! Check him out. He writes his own music! Very easy to listen to!!

I so envy you. We have chosen to have basic cable because I get tired of paying the fortune they want in our area and they keep taking good stations away and putting in lousy stations. Anyway why I envy you, you get to watch In The Heat of The Night on your tv. If I want to watch I have to watch episodes off of youtube on the computer. Kinda keeps me grounded and out of the sewing room.
