two and a half men tv show finale
We watched it. Seemed very odd - and unsatisfying.

I never could get into that show. Liked Cryer in earlier things though.
It would have been fun to see Charlie Sheen in the finale, but he wrote his own ticket off of the show. Weird how the whole finale was about him. I did like the last scene though!
I thought it was odd and unsatisfying as well. The script and acting were lame. It had a feel of everyone was there to finish up the obligations to their contract. The last scene was the only funny thing about the episode.
I never really cared for it either.
I thought the first half of the show was decent enough but it certainly went downhill after that for me.
Didn't watch the show, but the Seinfeld finale was like that too...unsatisfying.
watched it expecting something good. very unsatisfying. they could have really did it good, but missed again.
As far as I was concerned the show went bad about 5 years or more. Like most sitcoms they keep them going until the people watching tell them it has gone on too long. I did watch the final show out of curiosity and it was okay - at least they didn't make it all a dream.
I liked it. I liked how they brought everyone back. i must admit it was crazy but then everything Rose did was crazy.
the piano falling on Charlies was a good ending. |
Finally going off the air? 'Bout time. Yes, Sheen is a butt head but the the show was lame without him. Not an Ashton fan.

I watched the show only sometimes. It was interesting but they kinda ran out of things for the plot so it was getting pretty weird. A lot of shows get like this at the end. I did watch the finale just to see how it ended. It was just ok. According to Entertainment Tonight Charlie was asked back for the finale and declined.

Didn't like it. It is sad when they use humor to make dirt permissible in society.
The first couple seasons I watched it pretty regular then only if there was nothing else on-but once they put Kutcher on I never seen it again. That guy makes my skin crawl.I don't even watch re-runs with Charlie in them.
Thought it was just plain dumb. Too much tongue in cheek.
Did any of you think the premise of Two and a Half Men demeaned women?
I enjoyed it. It was fun seeing all the different actors return and the "inside" jokes about different real life events affecting the show were fun - made me feel as a viewer that I was party to it all. And when they faced "the audience", breaking the fourth wall of the scene - that was fun also.
I'm in the minority--thought the second half was extremely funny! Show was getting a little too risqué though.
I felt that Two and a Half Men jumped the shark even before Charlie Sheen went haywire. It just sort of drug on after that being moderately funny. I won't be missing it.
I didn't watch the finale. As for the entire show, it was never as funny after Charlie left. Now, he's in a series called "Anger Management."
I must be missing something. I thought it was funny, but could have been just as funny with out all the smut talk, but then I`m old.

Of course it did, but that didn't stop it from being popular...the one that really frosts me are the Victoria Secret burlesque shows.... A new coming up soon bathing suits-- or lack there of........Jmho |
